4. Mentorship Services and Payment Terms

The mentorship programs described on this website (Bloom Plan, Flourish Plan, and Masterpiece Plan) are personal creative mentorship services provided by Sara Vos. The following terms apply to all mentorship engagements:

4.1 Service Description

Mentorship services include personalized writing prompts, visual composition guidance, creative workflow design, and ongoing support through email, video calls, and chat. The specific scope of services is defined in the individual mentorship agreement signed at the start of the engagement.

4.2 Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT where required by Dutch law. Payment is due in advance of each billing cycle (monthly). We accept payment via bank transfer or other methods agreed upon in the mentorship agreement. Prices are subject to change with 30 days prior notice to active clients.

4.3 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your mentorship subscription at any time by providing written notice at least 7 days before the next billing date. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the billing date will take effect at the end of the following billing cycle. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis for unused portions of prepaid services, at our sole discretion.

4.4 No Guarantee of Results

While we are committed to providing high-quality mentorship and support, individual results vary based on numerous factors including commitment, consistency, personal circumstances, and external environment. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, and any testimonials or case studies shared on this website represent individual experiences that may not be typical.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

THIS WEBSITE AND ALL CONTENT, SERVICES, AND PRODUCTS AVAILABLE THROUGH IT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
